  • How long does each session take?
    Normally, treatment sessions are typically between 30-50 mins, initial evaluation typically between 40-60 min.
  • Do I need an initial evaluation to receive treatments?
    No, however it is strongly recommended to understand and find the root of the pain cause or what is limiting your movement. An initial evaluation is an in depth assessment of a specific body area to determine the root cause, treatment can be individualize if the condition has already been assessed. We are focused on finding the most cost-effective solutions to maximize value for our clients, we encourage our patients to take advantage of our package deals.
  • Do I need a Doctor's Referral to be seen?
    Yes and No, in the state of TN, patients can receive up to 90 days of physical therapy treatment before the PT must consult with your physician.
  • What can I expect during an evaluation?
    We will start out by going over your intake form with you to get clarity on your history, symptoms, habits, and goals. It’s important to us that we have time to hear from you and gain clarity on what’s brought you here. We will also check in with you about other aspects of your health that affect recovery, like your nutrition, exercise, and sleep habits. Next, we will give you a comprehensive physical assessment to test your strength and mobility, analyze your movement patterns, and get to the underlying root cause for why you’re experiencing pain or limitations. From there, we will put together a custom recovery & performance plan that will get you from where you are right now to where you want to be. You’ll discuss what this plan looks like and what you can expect going forward in terms of things you’ll be working on at home and what you’ll work on together in future sessions.
  • Do you take insurance?
    Currently we do not take insurance, payment options are cash, debit or credit card, and digital payment services. Payment plans are an options as well.
  • I have Medicare, are you able to see me?
    Yes, however we can only see you for a wellness and fitness program. Please note that all financial responsibilities will be borne by the patient.
  • Is all treatment sessions physical?
    Depends on the underlining issue, some patient can more benefit from hands on, while some can benefit from physical component and/or both.
  • Can I get a refund for my unused treatment sessions?
    Unfortunately, due to the great value we offer for our package treatment plans, they are nonrefundable. However, each treatment session can be converted to another evaluation for another body region or gifted to family or friend.
